Health is Your Greatest Investment

As you work hard for Raymond James each and every day, contributing to the firm’s overall success, we are working hard to provide you with the benefits to maximize your fitness needs. Good health is a resource that helps us all meet our goals both personally and professionally. The Fitness Center is free of charge for Raymond James Associates. The facility is open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays. Our team of coaches are there to guide you through fitness center introductions and group exercise programs that will help you set and achieve your fitness goals. These programs aim to provide routines that maximize your time by offering full body exercise movements. Equipment included in our fitness centers are state-of-the-art cardio machines, suspension training systems, hydraulic squat racks, torque tank, 30 ft. of turf, Cable crossover, and a wide range of various weighted resistance tools. Our certified personal trainers are there to guide you!
