In this class will integrate practices of Yoga, H.I.I.T and Pilates. This will be a full body experience with options for all skill levels all while connecting to your breath. This practice will allow you to work up a good sweat while allowing your mind to calm.
Body Blast
Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This athletic-based sculpting class tones upper and lower body using supersets while utilizing dumbbells, mini bands, and your own body weight. All-Levels welcome!
Daily Burn
This class will adapt to all levels of fitness and exercises are aligned with each of the 7 Core Strength human movements: Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Hinge, Rotate and Walk.
Geared UP
Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance.
Guided Meditation
Narrow your focus to limit the stimuli bombarding your nervous system while lowering your blood pressure, enhancing concentration, and improving your sleep with guided meditation.
H.I.I.T Hustle
Get ready for a full body workout guaranteed to burn calories for hours after you're done! This class will offer a variety of strength, cardio, and core exercises challenging your heart and muscles through intervals.
H.E.A.T.
A 45-minute class that features an electric atmosphere where participants will be in a wow state. Burn 400-800 calories in this HIIT Style training for all levels of fitness featuring plyometrics, strength, endurance, power, and agility.
Lunch Crunch
In a time crunch? Join a fun, fast paced, 30-minute class! Consisting of cardio and core exercises that will get your heart pumping, your muscles burning and your face smiling.
Rise & Grind
Wake up and get moving! Join this class to build strength, endurance, power and improve mobility all before 8am!
